      Jim and Radha were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were very knowledgeable, and guided me though this process.       I called Remax of Princeton and the phone rang about 6-8 times and no one answered. 10 seconds later Jim called me back ..my questions are, if your phone is ringing and you’re in the office, why not just answer? Are you not in the buisness of selling homes? Why call me back with a nasty attitude and curt retort? And THAT’S why they lost my buisness. JUST BEWARE OF SHORT TEMPERED AGENTS!

      Hi Andie- I had called you back immediately as I was away from the phone. I tried to help you but you refused to speak to me. Possibly consider the ramifications for leaving damaging reviews for petty items especially when we call you back immediately and politely try to help.

      Their agent enabled the seller of my home to withhold the keys from us after closing because he "didn't receive confirmation" that the payment was wired into his account, despite the title company having proof that the transaction was complete. This was also after the seller waited until 5:14 pm to sign the closing documents, effectively sabotaging himself and delaying payment until the next day.

      Hello- Your reply is inaccurate. The wire was unable to be sent, making this a "dry" closing meaning funds were not dispersed. The seller has the right to not allow keys to be given to the buyer and the agent who acted professionally and within legal rights acted accordingly. When the confirmation of the wire sent the next morning was received the agent immediately gave the keys. The agent was professional and polite and we are sorry but sometimes last minute variables arise which delay the actual closing. Jim Datri
