      I have been with renasant bank for over 20years never had a problem until now the lobby is closed you only have drive tru banking . my debit card stopped working tryed calling the number on wed site on hold over a hour drove to the bank demand for service was told I had to wait a week for new card just bad service not professional at all opend new account at garunty bank there lobby is open had new card in 15 minutes done with renasant bank
