With 30 years of experience in the real estate business, she now serves as a loan agent for a direct mortgage lender, while maintaining her real estate broker license. I’ve had many opportunities to hear her explain the ins and outs of real estate financing and always learn something new. However, what impresses me most is her ability to listen closely to her clients needs and to think out of the box to find solutions for their specific situations. She’s also knowledgeable about loan modification resources to help prevent foreclosures during these challenging times.

  Learning that Renee Tucker is a direct mortgage lender who is a creative problem solver and thinker and is unlike other mortgage brokers in that she does everything in-house (e.g., originating, underwriting mortgages), I recently met with her re: a family real estate situation. Everything I heard was true: she took the time to get to know who I am and listened carefully to my financial goals, financial concerns, and retirement needs, asking insightful questions along the way. She enthusiastically jumped in with creative mortgage options that other mortgage brokers had not suggested. She even had a client with a situation similar to mine (multiple joint property owners, splitting ownership, and buying a new property) in her 29 years of experience in the real estate industry.
