I was at Republic Bank on Wednesday. The person who helped me was Krista. I just want to say she could not have been more helpful resolving my banking issues. I will look for her next time I have any issues - she is fantastic!

Nightmare. The manager, Bernadette, is incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive. They restricted my debit card and then restricted my account for zero reason. They turned off my debit card due to lack of use. Never notified me. When I needed to use it I couldn't. I called into member services and they were rude and dismissive and told me to go to the branch. I went to the branch where they proceeded to announce my entire name, account number and last four to the whole bank from the teller desk- even after I asked them to not say that information. I tried to call into a manager the next day, three times, I never got a call back. A manager, Bernadette, just happened to pick up when I called the last time. She made excuses for not calling me back, made excuses for the teller who broadcast my private info, and then told me she was going to suspend my whole account. It's abhorrent how I've been treated for no reason.

When I first came to this bank, it went good for years. However, not the case. Employees are nice however overworked. No one answers the phone. I need to check balance because last time the ATM was not working. Time to move on.
