Do not bank here. I used to work for this company and I'm glad I left for another company. I made a deposit to my bank account and then transferred the money to my credit card for a payment the same day. The next day, I see that they returned the deposit, re-deposited it, and charged me 36 for the return fee. I called, asked why it was returned and they stated it was because the deposit might have been made after hours. I understand banks need to process money but if you are going to re-deposit the funds the next morning then you should have the decency to refund the money you took for you own system's failures. They said they would not refund the fee because a refund was made a year ago. Keep in mind, the previous refund, FROM A YEAR AGO, was made for the same error. I refuse to pay for their own system's processes anymore and will be closing my deposit account with them after these transactions settle.

I've banked here for years and its always been amazing. The staff literally knows you as soon as you walk through the door and always help with anything you need. Republic helped me start my credit with their programs and I plan to continue to use them. Great people, great bank!
