      I have never seen such uncaring people in my entire life! This is in reference to a family member's account. My family member became I'll with cancer and understandably got behind on bills since he was hospitalized. I called and spoke to the manager and explained what was going on. She seemed caring. I also made a pmt on his behalf. I did this with 2 other companies as well. Imagine my surprise when 2 weeks later we receive a suit in the mail!! Long story short, I went in and made arrangements and have been paying 2X his regular bill!! Well last week we received a JUDGMENT in the mail saying we need to make arrangements with the company??!! I'm just floored at the insensitivity this company showed my family during one of the worst times in our lives!! And while I'm making on time payments, of 2X the normal payment, they go forward with the suit and put a judgment against him!!! Well this is a heads up! All payments will stop!! And since my family member is now no longer with us you are definitely at the bottom of the list!!! Start caring about your customers or you will lose them!! AND TO ANY POTENTIAL CUSTOMER, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO TAKE THE CHANCE OF SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENING TO YOU!!

      Paid on a loan for 3 years. When I thought it was paid off (at least that's what was said) they called my mom, father in law and friend over $20.35. Let me repeat, after paying on a loan for 3 years, they thought I was gonna try to get them for $20.35. When I called, they said they've been trying to contact me, even though I had just satisfied the terms of the loan 2 weeks previous. No calls and nothing mailed to me. They will hawk you if your 3 days late. Don't use them. TERRIBLE COMPANY!
