      I have taken out (2) loans here. Business has great staff.The loan process/approval may take a business day or two to get everything completed. Straightforward interest rates. Early pay off accepted. Rates are high compared to traditional loans but I have been pleased with both experiences.

      I am permanently disabled and on a fixed income having survived heart and kidney failure. I left voicemails on may 23rd and 26th asking for my monthly payment to be reduced as this stagflation is eating me alive. I have yet to get a response. I guarantee you when they don't get paid this month I will be hearing from them in a big way. Called a 3rd time Monday with the same request. Asked specifically for them to call me back. Called again June 6th and 13th. Still no response. Called again this morning June 18th and told them they will need to use the insurance they took out on me. I need several procedures to save my right eye. I will let you know what happens. After speaking with a third party, I need a copy of the insurance policy as I have to call them. I can't find my copy. I'm trying to help you help me help you but I'm not getting a response. So I left my 6th and final call on June 21st. Still no response. No problem with their phones just apathy. All my calls are logged. So here we go. So Sarah called me and they are willing to work with me. It was good to finally get a response and I will do what I can. In response to the owner of Republic Finance, my understanding is they are not diligent in checking voice mail. Hopefully that has changed. They have been helpful recently

      The worst lenders to borrow money from, don't get there Xtra ins from them either. When I got laid off my job, they didn't abide by Xtra ins that was taken out for this matter. And they all act like hound dogs, I will NEVER use this place for anything again!...
