  What we were trying to achieve with our loan was not your ordinary mortgage situation. After talking to a couple of other mortgage companies, we did not feel very confident we were going to be able to achieve what we wanted to...until we spoke with Marc. Marc was extremely confident he could achieve what we needed. After laying out our options, we knew we were in the right place. He listened to all our needs throughout the process and not once did we feel like we were not important. Communication was great and when it was all said and done, his knowledge and professionalism achieved every thing we could ask for. A+++++

  I had a very bad experience with this company, that I even questioned if its legit or not. I filled out the application with my partner, and we were requested to send out all of our personal information, statements, bank accounts, and everything, and we never got a response, they never responded to our calls, or emails, and everytime I was trying to contact them Lisa would say, i call you back to chat, and never did. We are busy people with our business, so we dont have time to waste. Save yourself a headache and go with someone you can trust. you'll waste your time with this company.

I can assure you we are legit and help families into their homes on a daily basis. You completed your loan application on a Wednesday 3/2/22. You completed submitting your loan docs on 3/14/22. We reached out via, phone, txt, email. On 3/18 you responded that you were on Spring Break and would get back to us. …We never heard back from you after that date. Lastly, there is not a Lisa at our company. We wish you the best of luck!

  I had a good experience. The loan process is a real pain but the online portal for transferring documents and signing electronically made it easier than having to deal with physical paperwork. Marc was very attentive and communicated with me very well proactively and also anytime I had questions. I left one star off because it was a bit confusing on the website since the mortgage company's user page is different from my loan officers portal, so I ended up having 2 usernames and being confused sometimes about where I should be going. Once inside the portal, some aspects of filing for the loan didn't seem clearly labeled and straightforward and I think they could benefit from some additional FAQs or a walkthrough document that shows the entire process and where to click (a software manual if you will).
