I appreciate their responsiveness as well. A title team like this is hard to find

  After closing was completed, I initially gave this company a 5 star rating in an email to them and raved about how they provided white glove service. Per the terms of our home refinance/cashout, Republic Title was to mail payments to one credit card company with a payoff amount. The check was mailed before Christmas 2020. Early in January 2021, I paid off the same account due to an expiring zero interest option. As of 1/22/21, the payment mailed by Republic Title to the credit card company was not cashed in 30 days. Ultimately, their payment will list as a credit to the credit card. After 30 days, you'd think they'd be concerned about their check remaining uncashed. Well, I sent an email inquiry to Republic Title asking what could be done., they was asked if I'd call the credit card company to see if their payment was sitting on a desk waiting to be posted. Republic Title Company's feeble attempt at humor was lost and received as sarcasm. If I could rescind my first positive review to them, I would in a millisecond. Be careful of Republic Title - Dallas - Turtle Creek. Thank you

  Very disappointed in this title company. They changed the date and time for our signing, so my babysitter wasn't able to watch my children. The woman who did our paper work (Emily) was rude and disrespectful. She was obviously angry our children where with us. She told us to just have our kids sit and was shocked that a special needs 2 year old would not sit in a chair quietly for an hour. She then threw a calculator near our 1 year old and said "play with that." We told her we didn't appreciate her poor attitude, that it was her organization that changed the date and time so we couldn't get a sitter. She rolled her eyes and made no comment. After putting up with her poor attitude and signing all the documents she asked us to sign she told us "I need a few moments to make sure everything is signed, I don't want you to have to come back." It took her 21 minutes. She came back, handed us our packet and told us to have a nice day. I asked if everything was signed, she said "yes." 20 minutes after we left, my loan officer called and said Emily missed several documents and we needed to come back another day to sign the rest. Not only was Emily rude, unprofessional and disrespectful to our children . . . She couldn't do her job correctly. The cherry on top of this sunday? My loan officer left a bottle of wine for us and she KEPT IT! If you love someone with special needs please so not support this company. The only kind person here was the receptionist. This place is very non-inclusive.
