  Having never had to replace a roof, Steven and his team did an outstanding job replacing my roof! The entire process from beginning to end was seamless. Steven was always available for my questions and concerns, even on weekends! My house is just under 1800 square feet and they had the roof completely done in day!   We recently had our roof done by Rescue Roofing. During the process there were some damages while removing the old roof. Steven was great to work with and we quickly worked through those issues. Once the roof was installed we had a small leak around our chimney. Once again Steven and the crew fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Our roof came out great and we are happy customers. There's always a chance of things going wrong during large projects like a roof installation. What we really appreciated is how the company as a whole went about fixing it and their communication during the process. Thank you Rescue Roof.

  Calm Waters don't make a good captain. Let's start with how we picked Rescue Roofing. I’m a Florida homeowner who lost their homeowners insurance. It wasn’t an emergency like a leak or damage, but I needed a new roof if I wanted homeowners insurance. We took our time and had many roofing companies try their best to relieve us of lots of money. Here’s where Steven Bagby comes in. He was the 5th roofing salesperson to see us. I told him what I was looking for and he listened. Keyword LISTENED. I never felt pressured, He never tried to sell me useless unneeded upgrades and stuff I didn’t want. Steven was the only roofer who accepted my bid without making remarks like” Would you go to Vegas and bet your roof?” Sounds silly, but this is a real comment one other roofer said to me. The Job starts, the team is great. Our new roof was almost done and it started to rain hard. Uh OH, Water is dripping in around my vent pipes in the garage. I was on the phone with Steven, quite upset with what was going on. This is where A good captain takes over. Steven had someone over in less than 5 minutes. They had the situation under control and temporarily fixed. Next day at 7:45 am Steven was at my door going over any issues that needed to be finished. Steven was attentive, and assured us any issues would get resolved. We can honestly say, Steven stood behind the workmanship and his company. That’s the company We want to do business with. I guess WE won in Vegas with Rescue Roofing and Captain Steven. We are completely satisfied and would highly recommend Steven and Rescue Roofing. To add- Everyone who sees our roof tells us how nice it looks. Pictures included. Whether you decide to go with this company or another. Please be kind and respectful to the people doing the labor on your roof. They are the true hero's in this story.
