      I would not consider doing business with this company again when it comes to buying a home. They had me prove my salary through the most irregular processes, and they also checked my credit score a total of 6 times, dropping my score 109 points overall. It seems like they don't have a clue what they're doing their. Save your credit score and choose another loan office/realtor In response to the reply below, Gary is my nickname and all the account information is under my real name. I did use my nickname Gary in the emails I wrote to communicate with Sandy, Theresa and Christa there. But this was months ago, so I doubt there can be anything done for my credit score retroactively. If you want to reach out to me, feel free to email me. **Also to anyone reading my review, the other reviews left on this company under the names Damaris Castillo (employee at the branch) and 'Dreams and Hope For The Children' are reviews left by Residential Bancorp employees that work at this branch, in an effort to balance my 1 star review.
