      Rude is the only word I can use to describe the manager at this place. She claims to be so experienced, but spent a majority of her time gossiping about the old Manager Lupe. I was a bit off put by this as also noticed that her offices, about 4, were empty and she was working there alone. This made me feel that she is not a good manager nor a good loan officer. She was not sincere and had a cold approach. Tried pressuring me into pulling my credit. And yes, she did leave her own review on here - terrible!!!! And yes, she lacks professionalism verbally and appearance wise. Her short shorts and exposed leg tattoos and sandals were not what I should expect to see in a professional establishment.

      Wish I could rate this place a zero. Manager did not follow up and expected us to keep reaching out to her, but would get annoyed or ignore my calls/ texts. She is lazy and doesn't have the numbers for someone in the industry for as long as she has been (20years) She is nothing to brag about. ALSO, MANAGER IS STEPHANIE CARMICHAEL- who gave herself a "great" review on herself right here on Google. Client reviews speak for themselves.
