      This is one of the worst banks to have a mortgage with. During the pandemic they allowed 3 months deferment of payments to help those who lost their job. After 3 months it turns out you now owe 3 months of mortgage on top of the 4th month!!!! Unable to speak with anyone of any authority and their own customer service representatives agree that this bank has handled this program VERY poorly. Think twice before using Independent Bank.
