      My name is Lymaris Cruz. I tried to purchase a home with this company RMS. What a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND. I WAS GIVEN HOPES AND NOT CORRECT INFORMATION!! I DID APPLIED A MONTH AGO APRIL 2018. I WAS WORKING WITH NATALE TERRANOVA. THIS PERSON WAS SO COLD TO TALK TO. IT DIDN'T SEEM LIKE HE WANTED TO HELP SINCE I DIDN'T HAVE MONEY TO PUT DOWN SINCE THE BEGINNING AND TRIED TO USE ANY OTHER OPTION. HE LET ME WAIT FOR SO LOOOONG, DAYS AND DAYS FOR AN ANSWER ON EVERYTHING! EVERYTHING WAS SO POORLY HANDLE AND TO BE WORST DAYS BEFORE ME HAVING AN ANSWER ON A PROGRAM HE STATED HE WAS GOING TO A NEW COMPANY WITHIN DAYS!! WHO DOES THAT!!?????? IF YOU KNEW, YOU WERE GOING TO LEAVE RMS WHY U TOOK MY LOAN!! WHY, NOW I AM WITH LOWER CREDIT SCORE DUE TO PULLING MY CREDIT AND NOT HAVING A HOME. VERY DISSAPOINTED. WILL NOT RECOMMEND!
