Every time I step in the door or pull into the drive through, the folks there are always polite and super helpful. Jennifer Gibson, the branch manager downtown always goes above & beyond to help me out when needed. She has a true servants heart and is the best when it comes to making sure their members are satisfied!

      RFCU has been my bank for many years. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, concerned about security, easy to talk to, and just fantastic! I have used other banks but like knowing who I'm dealing with & they know me. I'm not just an account number.Great job!

      Very nice staff, banked with them for yrs. Left because they seemed to not understand the need to update their equipment. If you are not looking for instant deposits, security "up-to-date" and easy access to cash, this is your bank. I am serious though about them being very nice and helpful.
