      Worst bank I ever had. They hide their fees in their 100 page documents. I got changed $5 for ever price of mail they sent me, and asked why, their response was “it was in the document you signed, should have read it”. Look that their reviews, they rope you in with a good rate then drown you in fees for everything. I just wanted to pay off my loan, they said cool, but it’s going to cost you a fee. Stick at a big name bank, these local backs are small for a reason, they don’t take care of their customers Update: resource one fcu called me and personally apologized for their fees that I had to pay, they made it right. They understood that some some of their fees might have been hidden or at least not clearly spelled out. In the end, I was upset at first, but they did make everything right.

      Horrible experience at this location. I’ve had an account since 2005 and had to close it today due to poor customer service and a non-compassionate staff. Didn’t want to part ways with resource one but I had no choice.
