  Sue was my favorite person to work with during the entire process of buying my first home. She is so warm, kind, friendly, and helpful. Since this was my first time going through a loan process, she took the time to answer all of my questions, simplify the process, and explain things in detail. She made herself available to me at many times of the day. Even when I had random questions and didn’t expect to hear back right away she would call and make me feel at ease. She has a very easy and thorough line of communication. Sue goes above the normal expectation for a business woman. She provides great customer service and support!

  I am sure many people say this, but our situation was unique in many ways. I believe wholeheartedly, that Sue's work made our home purchase possible. She coordinated many different phone calls and email conversations that helped us navigate a complicated process. While we are not first time home buyers, we still had many questions and Sue was responsive and kind in educating us. I cannot speak highly enough about her fortitude in advocating for our family. She is tenacious and genuine which made the process of financing our home refreshing. Thank you Sue, and though I plan never to move again, I sincerely hope we cross paths.
