Closed on our home end of October and title still has not been switched to our name. Have made many calls over the last month to get in touch with Sue and after the initial call there has been zero efforts at a return call. No email response. NOTHING. In the rare occasion you actually need the title in your name so you can get home repairs done I’d look somewhere else. Save yourself some time and search for you’re own title company before just letting them be chose for you. Will be contacting the BBB next.

Worst experience ever! Results Title - Sue processed the sale of my home on 11/25/20, I paid $60 for wire transfer of my funds which due to Thanksgiving Holiday I was told I would have money in my account on 11/27/20. No transfer was even started until Monday 11/30/20! Why was my money held for additional days? Who held my $$ and who earned the interest for almost a week? I was unable to be at the closing as I moved out of the area. I will never make that mistake again. I also did NOT receive reimbursement checks for fuel and furniture until just before Christmas vacation, totally ridiculous. I should be reimbursed the interest for days my $$ was held and refunded the wire transfer fee! WARNING DO NOT USE RESULTS TITLE!! Thank you Dawn C.

Horrible experience, worst title company ever. Last minute demands and appraiser was on a power trip with many last minute demands,price changes and inconsistencies with 48 hours before closing. Go anywhere but here for closing /lending.
