      Just received an email saying REV Credit Cards are temporarily experiencing issues as we convert to our new credit card system. Everytime REV or previously known as Heritage Trust did a change in their system there have been problems. Guess they don't do dry runs and tests before going live. Someone is asleep at the wheel. This Credit Union is inept.

      Thanks for the feedback, David. We strive to provide our members with a seamless experience. As you can imagine, at times, technology doesn't always fully cooperate as intended when replacing old systems with new ones. We were made aware of a potential impact to Credit Cardholders, and we felt that it was important to communicate that with the membership.

      This bank has the worst customer service and they do not care for the customers. Very rude and disrespectful. Once I fix my issue I will never return even if I was able.
