      This is a low budget bank. Only a few staff members are friendly. Their app is always acting weird, no one can ever explain anything... not to mention they don’t take quarters (one of the tellers said). Their ATM never works & drive through always crawl. Maybe better service in the Summerville or Charleston location, but it sucks here. I’m switching banks this Friday!

We have not received any other comments regarding the app "acting weird," so I'd double check that you're running the most up-to-date version to ensure it's operating properly. We're a financial institution, and absolutely accept currency, quarters included. As for the Drive-Thru and ATM, we're usually able to assist members fairly quickly. As a reminder, most transactions can be conducted on REV's Digital Banking platforms.
