      I called and talked with Sam K. and he took care of everything, he was very detailed and explained to me how everything worked and their process. He followed up with me within a very short time when I had questions or left a message, even when setting up the account he called me first thing Monday morning to see if I needed help, and I said I had a few questions on how the portal worked with a transfer and within 5 minutes he had customer care calling me to answer all my questions. Great job Sam K., Thank you!!
