  Our experience with James Rinck & Revolution Mortgage was great. This wasn't your typical first time VA home buying experience. We faced several obstacles in order to secure our VA home loan. My wife has been a Reservist in the US Army for the last decade & It was pretty difficult getting the right information and documents from the right people pertaining to our specific situation. The VA has a whole different set of requirements and procedures for reservists as opposed to your typical VA veteran home loan. There is almost little to no information available out there. Luckily, James Rinck was able to de-mystify all that & was able to point us to the right people, documents, forms, and the correct information we needed. Another obstacle was our current employment situation. My wife & I had just started working almost 1-3 months into our new jobs, had gotten pre-approved, and went into contract after finding our first potential home. I've had steady work the last decade w/ no breaks but my wife had held a job or two in that time period as well but for a couple months at most (having to forego those jobs because of a couple of deployments, COVID, & raising our youngest son at the time). Despite the current employment situation & history, James had a few tricks up his sleeves to help us convince the banks of our employment and income stability. Overall, James was able get us qualified under the VA home loan & into our first home! This really would not have been possible without him & would say he is probably one of the very few in the industry who actually knows how to navigate the VA home loan program if you are serving as a Reservist. Thank you James!
