IF YOU VALUE YOUR GOOD CREDIT BE WARY OF USING THIS COMPANY. The refinance closing process wasn't bad, had the normal hiccups but nothing too serious. After they get your loan is where the trouble begins. Their online payment system is like something from the 90's and won't let you pay your mortgage anything but the exact due date or later. AND THEY WILL CANCEL YOUR MORTGAGE PAYMENT DRAFTS WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU AND THEN TAKE DAYS TO RETURN EMAILS.
