  Submitted information to get a quote on a loan… got ghosted by the loan officer after asking twice for any updates etc and being told he would have something out to me that afternoon. It’s been 5 days since with zero acknowledgment or response. Pretty scary and sad that someone is allowed to conduct business like this and the company allows it. I am glad I never heard back as I don’t like to support a business who lacks common courtesy and respect for their potential clients. I went with another lending company who was able to properly communicate with me. Shame on this company!
