  We were so lucky to get assigned Keely Paregian as our Rex agent! Very knowledgeable about every step of real estate transactions, very communicative and always available (and responded quickly) for anything we needed or questions we had. She was on top of every aspect of our home sale and made sure the buyers agent was doing his part and following through. We have bought and sold numerous homes over our lifetime and I can say without a doubt that Keely was the BEST agent we have ever dealt with. Highly, highly recommend! Our Rex experience was also flawless: from the team involved in the sale, marketing, management, constant communication and the awesome photographer who made our house look fantastic! Many people told us that the low commission model would not attract buyers....that is garbage. Any agent that won't show you a home you are interested in because they will only get a 1 or 2% commission needs to get kicked to the curb. Rex now lists homes on the MLS and everybody these days are looking online and researching homes through Zillow, Redfin, Etc. for homes they are interested in without an agent. I only wish my buyer would have not had an agent and just bought directly through Rex as their agent was very slow to communicate and did not follow up very well after the offer was accepted (this is where Keely shined and kept on top of everything). I like the Rex model, it saved us a ton of money and the service was BETTER than all of the traditional agents we have used in the past in both good and bad housing markets. We sold our home in a week with just a few showings. Love the app that lets you schedule when YOU want to show your home. All around a fantastic experience. Rex should be the future of all real estate....!

  Amazing process and people. Amazing services. Professional and courteous. They do what they say and they know their market very well. Having the right team makes a world of difference in the entire process. I do believe that this is one of the smoothest real estate transactions I have ever experienced. Keely rocks! This team is very good. I can't say enough about the process. As a busy person, I have always had difficulty returning signed documents in prior transactions. However, they had multiple points of contact and were all on the same page which made each step of the transaction very smooth. Thank you!!!

  I had a wonderful experience working with REX, Deepee Chattha was a pleasure to work with and she went above and beyond in my opinion to get my house sold. I would recommend REX to friends and family.
