      I have worked with Rhea Gaines on preparing to buy a home since about December 2021. I cannot express the gratitude my family has for her. She helped walk us through every phase of preparation and purchasing. There was never a time that she was unavailable throughout the process. She was amazing!!! We closed on our home 2.5 weeks ago, but without her help and guidance, I don't think we would even be ready to look, let alone close. THANK YOU SO MUCH, RHEA!!!!

      How do I start at first we didn't think we were going to be able to build of home but we did Rhea Gaines was the best she help though the whole process and explained everything to us step by step if anyone is looking for a lender please go see her
