  Rhinebeck Bank is the best. So many people had issues getting PPP loans with other banks and even more trouble getting them forgiven. The manager in Fishkill was on top of it. Loans were approved super fast and the forgiveness process was fast and easy. When I needed a loan to grow my business even in the middle of the pandemic this bank and the Fishkill manager were there to help. I would recommend Rhinebeck Bank to anyone and have since moved much of my personal banking here. Local bank with local staff.

  Lobby is closed. You need to make an appointment to do Ira Distribution. Process takes to long. Spent close to two hrs doing business

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we made the decision (effective December 7, 2020) to close all of our branch lobbies (excluding Goshen) until further notice and instead offer in-branch transactions to customers by appointment only.   I'm surprised at the reviews! I only have a car loan here but everybody's always been very nice and courteous. I'm always in and out i never spend more than 5 minutes there they're very efficient. I did try to sign up for online payments when they recently rolled it out but had trouble idk maybe you need to have an actual checking account there to use it. Not a bother though I like coming to this branch because I know theres never a wait!
