      Richard and his team were amazing. Getting a fast pre approval and being able to choose different lenders that offer different rates and incentives was awesome. He was very thorough and offered his expertise when it came to choosing the right loan for us. He was there to explain every part of the process and would immediately call or text with with any questions we had. We closed escrow after 29 days with zero issues. He and his team are the real deal. I would highly recommend and would definitely use him again. Thanks Richard!
