      I wish you didn't have to click any stars. This place is a joke and takes takes advantage of people in rough times. To steal their homes and reap the benefits. Along with the courts backing there unjustifiable actions . Them and there lawyer dont even need to show up to court. Judge will call them for 30 min to let them know there missing court then takes it upon him self to reschedule for them..(during Covid-19) Because their business. Be cautious of this place they say they'll work with you and when you try to pay your behind payments in full. they reject it and say they want the full amount of the loan. Followed by a foreclosure..

      They need to work on their process of hiring employees. Had an interview set up for a Friday morning, and it was cancelled due to person doing the interview was out with the flu. They rescheduled my interview for Monday at 4:00. Received a text message Monday morning that my interview was cancelled, because they hired someone that morning. Was very disappointed in the way this was handled, as my family has done business with the Richland County Bank for years. Not professional.
