Richmond County Mortgage Company is the best in the business. Charles Martino and his team, Maria and Michelle, do everything to make sure the mortgage process is smooth and easy. Good Morning. I recently refinanced my home in Staten Island. Richmond County Mortgage was recommended for the long, stressful process. From beginning to the final signature at the closing, the RCM team was there for all questions, all emails,phone calls and credit card pay off letters. I’ve done this numerous times. This one was the most stressful. Credit card payoffs, bank statements loans etc. brought tons of extra work. Marie and Michelle, the secretarial team members, were there for me morning, noon and night. Every phone call and text message answered and returned. Their knowledge of the process was profound! I’m very happy that it’s over. I got a lower rate, debt free and paying less every month. I would recommend RCMC to all looking to refinance, buy a home or advice in any of these areas. Kim Prall
