      I have had this account for several years and have had excellent experiences and service. I was referred to the bank by an Administrator and former Asst. Superintendent of Schools who shared how Heritage helped them when they first started as an educator, & opened up financial opportunities to them. I have had the same business experience & would recommend to any educator or their family member. They are loan friendly - not fee heavy - which I like, and always open to my needs.

      Everytime I have a request , I always have to wait. There's always an excuse from Randy Cooper. Nobody ever answers the phone. The female cashier there is very professional but she can't do everything!

      I hate this bank so much they never answer the phone then the phone hang straight up when you call in order to put money on my card have to go all the way to Southside then the bank card that I have won’t let me check my Blance I have to call the bank
