  If you plan on shopping outside of the Savannah area avoid this bank at all costs. They constantly freeze your account if you buy something online out of state or out of country. So if you’re trying to order something online and the vendor is not based out of Georgia, plan on having a 5 minute conversation every time and then having to wait 15-20 minutes before their “back office” can unfreeze you’re card. OH! And if you try to do this on a weekend you’re out of luck unit Monday because they’re closed and their “customer service” line (that’s only open on Saturday’s) can’t fix anything, they can just tell you what’s wrong. So if you’re an online shopper, be prepared to call this bank 3-4 times a week. The offer text notifications to confirm it was you who authorized the purchase but you respond yes and your card is still frozen. And let’s not also forget they set a limit on your card for how much you’re allowed to spend a day. That’s right, this bank TELLS YOU HOW MUCH OF YOUR OWN MONEY YOURE ALLOWED TO SPEND! AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS!

  First I would like to say the customer service that is provided daily is superb!! The staff is friendly, genuinely nice and polite. Such a joy, every experience, every time!!
