      I have been with Home City Bank since 2009. When it became Richwood Bank, I wasn’t sure what kind of service they would have. I was very happy that they maintained the same great customer service that Home City had. I always have a great relationship with everyone at the bank. They re-modeled the building and also set up a great coffee shop inside.

      I tried to open a new account. 3 tellers and 1 manager there, nobody else in the building and they were too busy. Wanted me to make an appointment. Yikes, this is not customer service.
