  Working with Rick made it feel like we had a competitive advantage in the home buying process. He was patient and thoroughly explained things in a manner a first time home buyer could easily understand. Additionally, he was super responsive and provided a level of customer service one could only describe as “remarkable.” With today’s crazy market, Rick was always available to answer our questions on how the numbers looked for each offer we made. He proactively reached out to sellers’ agents after our offers were submitted to put in a good word and always kept an active line of communication with both us and our own agent. Rick provided additional value by giving guidance on how to determine the amount of our down payment to get the monthly payment we were most comfortable with. He also offered creative solutions on how to structure our mortgage to get the best possible interest rate. Rick consistently provided a level of expertise that made us feel like we had the right person in our corner. He was an invaluable asset to have during our home buying process and I would highly recommend him if you are in the market for a mortgage.
