  Rick and his team pulled off an absolute MIRACLE of a loan when all other lenders didn't want to put in the work to get a complicated condo deal done! There wasn't any willingness to help by the HOA and other parties and most others would've taken the easier way out and just declined the loan and deprived the buyer of a great home. Rick was RELENTLESS and had 2 rounds of pulling out the impossible (the first round wasn't enough) and when he called me and said "we're clear to close..." I was still skeptical. Then escrow called and said they even pre funded the loan on their end. Rates shot up after the buyer locked, so meeting the lock deadline was crucial and he pulled it off. Thanks again!

  After spending over $1k in appraisals and then following him to his new company (after being dragged out for months with the first company) more months of waiting, being told "we are just waiting for a better rate" Rick just never responded or reached out again.. I lost out on a good interest rate and spent money on pointless appraisals. Mind you, this was 2 easy refinances with good credit and cash... I had heard good things about Rick but I could never recommend him to anyone after my experience.

  Rick and his team are amazing! Our loan was approved and ready for funding within 9 days of us having an accepted offer. The entire process was flawless and well executed. I would highly recommend Rick for your home loan needs. I will definitely work with him if I ever buy another house in the future.
