  Carol Daum is amazing. Very helpful, knowledgeable and sincere. It's a welcome change to have a true agent who is right there with you to help with whatever you need. Many companies to choose from and very fair premiums. With an actual agent you're dealing with someone who knows you and cares rather than someone on the phone, who has no clue who you are, possibly doesn't care and is probably thousands of miles away with the job of to e-mailing you something so you do all the work. They work only for that insurance corporation. A true agent works for you to find and provide what's best insurance for your needs.

  I have been doing business with Rico Pfitzer Pires and Associates for more than 10 years now. It seems like just yesterday, when I started my auto insurance coverage there. Previously, I had my insurance coverage through a company with an office in Santa Clara, CA - closer to where I live. My agent there decided to go back to school and referred me to RPP&Associates for my future insurance service needs. I was hesitant at first due to the distance but decided to give it a shot - thus begin a great business relationship til now and hopefully for more years to come. As soon as I started corresponding with Carol Daum and her associates there I knew it was a good choice. Carol was particularly very responsive to all my inquiries. She replied to my phone calls and emails promptly, courteously and above all professionally. She answered all my questions, provided the information I need, gave advice and comparisons to help me decide what's best for me. We started out with 2 cars then later went up to 5 when my teenage sons started driving. We also switched our home insurance policy there too to take advantage of the multi-properties, multi-cars discount. This really help as you can imagine the insurance cost to cover home, multiple autos with a couple teenagers under the policy. Oh, and did I tell you my sons are now in college, they come home every semester break and want to hang out with their friends during the breaks. They need to drive to their friends house, movie theaters, etc...thus need auto insurance coverage during these times. Carol has been super helpful and patient with me to reactivate to include them in the policy when they get home and deactivate when they head back to schools. For the excellent services I and my family have received from Carol and her team, I'm grateful and highly recommend them for your insurance needs.
