      While the employees at the company do a good job I would not recommend if you can use traditional financing. The fees are extremely high. In addition to the $995 origination fee they charge 2 percentage points on investment loans. In addition to the appraisal charge there is a large appraisal review fee. They have a good marketing campaign and good front line employees but the fees and charges are just too much. I would not recommend.
