  Rude tellers and terrible experience. The customer service provided was disrespectful and makes me not want to go back. They ignored me and talked bad while giving me dirty looks. I recommend people to not open accounts in this branch or expect any good service. Edit: I talked to the branch manager after posting this review and I’m very pleased with the response I received. It definitely felt like I was a part of the community again instead of feeling excluded. Lovely conversation and I felt relieved after the call. Thank you Mercedes once again for the help! 😁

  I closed down my previous bank to bank with Ridgewood because it’s closer to my house and has amazing saving plans worst mistake I’ve made .. I opened an account August 24th and it’s now September 22nd still haven’t received my card almost a whole month now
