From my experience, this company is looking to steal personal information and then ghost you. After talking to Abby Sandoval providing my personal information, she called and said it looked good and to expect a call back to proceed later that day, however, shortly thereafter, after calling and emailing for status updates over 30x times asking how to proceed she became a ghost (its been over a month since filing an application)... doesn’t respond to emails or calls.. What a waste of time and she has all my personal info!!.. I also spoke to her manager named Jeff who promised to help proceed with a new Loan Officer , but he also became ghost. Ive been extremely persistent (calling every day) to follow up with the company as they have ran my credit score. I am a very good customer as I have a 400k-800k down payment saved, perfect 800 credit score and a well paying job.
