      This was an absolutely lovely business to have to close with on our first home. From the front end staff (Ana) to the manager (Alicia), enough things cannot be said to express our overall satisfaction. It was a pleasure doing business with Mrs. Alicia Hernandez, as she was professional, courteous, and well educated regarding the entire loan process and much, much more. In the closing process, she was quite thorough and patient, and I could feel her genuine care and concern for us - the clients. She went above and beyond her line of duty to ensure that every question we had was answered to our liking. I thank her from the bottom of my heart for all of her hard work and hold no hesitation in recommending her to anyone, as she will make you feel like family.       Terrible business. Incompetent, indifferent and no communication. I've dealt with numerous title companies for over 30 years. I rank this company in the top 5 of the worst of the worst. If your Realtor suggest this company for your transaction's title insurance, you might want to look for another Realtor.
