      I had hard core items that I needed removed and after 6 month with Rising Point only 1 was removed. 6 months @ $150 a month wasted. And...each month they collect the money earlier and earlier every month. I'll just do it myself.

      Hey Bee- Thank you for being a valued client of ours. You are correct, if the items we were working on were are harder items. We pair clients who have harder items with one of our more aggressive programs and every credit report is as individual as a fingerprint. Each creditor investigates and responds within 30-45 days. This is why credit restoration can take time. We always make sure clients know that it is not a quick process but we do hammer the Bureaus and Creditors with legal disputes each month. In regards to the payments. We actually have our clients choose the day of the month they would like their monthly payment ran at the time of enrollment. I’m not aware of any reason a payment would be moved up unless a client called in and requested it. I am so glad you did have a removal while in the program. We are happy to continue to work on those harder items to help improve your credit even more. Feel free to reach out to us if you would like additional help removing the remaining items.

      So far 4 months with this company, and nothing has been done. Only received one letter from Trans Union Assuring me i could do What the company is doing myself. $800 dollars in and nothing has been done.
