  Very good customer service. They're very understanding and most importantly it's a very secure place. They also have a New York Lottery scratch off vending machine. There's also a "coin machine, [U.S. currency ONLY]" in which you can throw in all your change such as pennies, dimes, nickels and quarters for the machine to count and print you out a receipt which you will take to the cashiers window and exchange for "Cash" in the form of bills. Of course there is an fee of around 15% of the amount you put into the machine. For example, if all your pennies, dimes, nickels and quarters add up to, say $16.94, you will be charged 15% of your total amount which in this case will be $2.54. The net amount which you will be returned is $16.94-$2.54 = $14.40. In other words, you will get back 85%(100%-15%FEE) of the total amount of money you put into the machine. If your coins add up to $16.94 you'll be returned 85% of $16.94 = [.85×16.94] = $14.40. The receipt of course will display the total amount and the amount of the fee together with a net amount which is what you'll get in return.
