      I am done with River City. I have been a customer for years and they have just been going downhill: -Stopped paying interest on checking account -One phone # for all branches which is never answered -Outdated technology -Closed several branches over the last few years -Shared branches: If I have to go to another CU because mine closed down, maybe I should just join the other one?

      Next to impossible to get any real banking done with the out dated ATM and 30 to 35 min hold times this bank is really falling behind. Not customer friendly either.
