      I have been a member for over 20 years. They are always very courteous, respectful and very helpful. They help me with checking, savings and several loans. It's always a very easy process.

      I would rate this place zero stars if I could. They were always very rude, seem to play favorites among their customers, and the environment is unprofessional in my opinion. A bunch of subpar employees playing with peoples money. They do not know what they’re doing AT ALL. I would never bank there again.

      Worst experience ive ever had while trying to get a loan, applied online and never heard back from them, it took them weeks to get back to me, the lady that helped me (think her name was debra or something) she talked so fast and never let me get a word in. kept asking really personal things about me, DO NOT BANK HERE. they take way too long to get back to you, glad i went with Generations FCU, they were super responsive! Go there!
