  The worst. I didn't even get my loan from them they bought my loan from another company. They are rude, they lie about keeping notes on your account, they make their own arraingements with your payments and omg Lord help you if you miss a payment because your check wasn't enough or you lose your job. They will hound you and lie to you and all of you references too. Don't think you can explain to them over the phone either. They refuse to hear anything you have to say on the phone but want you to "have the courtesy" to call them and go out of your way to talk to them in person at the office so they can look their nose down at you and interrogate you on your missed payment. I would never ever ever ever ever do any type of business with them. But, unfortunately, until I pay off the loan they bought, I have to put up with the unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful "ladies" that call. Update 5.20.22 In the last 3 days they have called. The first lady I talked to I explained when I made my payment that I would make another on the next month on the 29. Now the broad that calls herself the mgr has call the 2 days and I told her the same thing and that the lady I talked to the day before said she noted it on the acct. Well here's how they lie...the mgr said there was no notes. That they had me scheduled for a payment on the 16 when there wasn't one. They took it upon themselves to make that arrangement. So today she calls about getting me into the office and that they need to see me, but I told her she knows I work the same hours they do so how is that even possible. Still don't want to listen, only hearing themselves. Really ridiculous.

  Just called to give them a heads up about why I wasn't able to pay yet and when I could start paying and the collections agent was really rude, and didn't seem to grasp any concept of logic.
