Want to give a shoot out to Louie and they whole crew at River City Ford.Have gone to other dealerships and was treated like I was a low life.I know my credit history was not the best but I have been trying to repair it.They treating me like a human being should no BS went out of there way.Now I am riding in a Brand New Explorer.Will highly recommend them for all my and my family future buying needs.And for all of my service needs.Awesome experience!!!!!!!!!

After receiving $60,000 from us for two vehicles, we were not given an extra key fob for our 2018 Ford truck. Reason being; we didn't ask for it when we bought the 2018 truck two weeks ago. Homer said to bring it back and he would help us. We took it back twice and Homer was on vacation. We are a two car family and things happen that require an extra key. We took the truck back for the third time for a repair and again.. no key. They got their money, and we have decided we will never buy another vehicle from River City Ford Lavalette.
