  The fact that someone wrote about other appraisers in the review tells me alot, choose him over others why ? cuz ya know him .?Speak on your buddy , cuz it reflects desperation and unprofessionalism , Mr. Russelburg best I ever seen , man says 3 days he meant it, be lucky dont take 3 weekks 3 months with ya lazy young uns , hmm

  There was a lot left out of my appraisal. Over 1/2 of my garage, which includes a large loft, and a work area was left out. My large sitting area in my upstairs was called a closet. I don't think you can put a couch, chair, end tables, a coffee table and a TV on a stand in a closet. A room upstairs was left out of the appraisal. My lot, we own 5, totals 1.30 acres, they called it 1.21 acres. I don't feel I got a good appraisal with so much left out and my living space upstairs counted as a "finished attic" I just had another appraisal in March and it came out 30k more than this one, because of the things that were left out or called something else. Not pleased. Things should not be left out of the appraisals. It could have been an error, but I am not happy.

  Hi Michelle! So sorry your appraisal was less than you expected. As we discussed at the time of my inspection, the previous appraiser counted your upper level as GLA when it doesn't in fact meet ANSI guidelines. That was a huge error and could be why the value was substantially higher previously. Thank you for contacting us & I hope you are doing well!
