      Outstanding Service! I had my eye on a classic car, but had no idea how to finance it. I called RFCU and luckily Kirstie Unger took my car. I mentioned to Kirstie what I want to do and she provided me with different options. After checking the car out and deciding make an offer I provided Kirstie with the VIN and she explained how the sellers price compared to NADA Value. I decided it was a good deal and Kirstie took my information over the phone. Kirstie called me back with my approval , I was able to E-Sign the documents and I was able to get my "mid-life crisis" car. The only time I had to go into the branch was to get the money for buying the car. Thank You Kirstie and RFCU for making my loan process so effortless!

      If I could give 0 stars I would! So when I first walk in.. am I walking into a bank or a cafe? I finally find a teller? ... I guess. He tells me to wait behind a guy at the ATM mind you the other was available... Finally he advised me to use the other ATM... I didn't even finish because the process was so ridiculous! Waiting for a teller it constantly ask you if you want to keep waiting which is super annoying considering there's a cancel button.. anyway I must have missed the millionth time it asked me if I wanted to wait in 2 mins that it reset itself 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 super inconvenient waste of time!
