      As a small nonprofit it is incredibly important to have a financial institution that is as aligned with our focus on serving the community. Having the opportunity to speak with a local service team and not be routed through an endless computerized system makes my job easier. Their products are the right fit and their service team is amazing.

      This credit union wasn't that great when I first opened accounts here. Now they've gone from bad to worse. They closed their South 4th branch without notice, but gotten a new ATM that doesn't work most of the time. I'm disabled and it's hard for me to go to another branch. Before they shut it down, they closed the inside and you could only go through the drive through. I could go on, but I think you got the idea. Find another place to avoid the incompetence at all their branches.

      Inside lobby has not been open for months. You must use either the MAC machine or the two drive-thru lanes for all transactions. Drive-thru requires LOTS of patience and wasted fuel. Terribly slow service with 1 teller handling BOTH lanes. Now, thus branch is closing every service but the MAC machine effective in May. Personal Customer Service has steadily been killed in favor of mobile banking apps. I will be moving my banking needs to another credit union that truly values customer service and is close by my home.
