The process was smooth and easy at first. Getting pre-approval was a breeze! 2 stars for that...Then everything went down hill. Maybe they were just really busy... Either way, mistake after mistake after mistake happened on all the paperwork. Closing costs changing after agreed amounts. Now, literally right now, were sitting at closing and they’re trying to find a last-minute underwriter to amend our contracts due to another mess-up.
